25 years between industrial plants and telecommunications
Our story starts simply: we’re husband and wife, united in life and, one day, in an idea too. He comes from the world of electronics, with around twenty-five years spent between industrial plants and telecommunications. In recent years he found himself managing large facilities as maintenance manager, handling central control, periodic safety checks, and proposing innovative solutions to his superiors and client companies. From that experience came an awareness he still carries with him: too many control and maintenance processes are still handled by hand, without a real management system, because the right tools are missing, the funds are missing, the organization is missing, or there simply isn’t time. A problem that doesn’t only affect companies, but everyday life too. That experience gave rise to SincraHub’s industrial maintenance tools — KPIs, planning, shifts and inventory — built for anyone who faces that same challenge every day.
Numbers, balance sheets, and the search for something simpler
She graduated in business and built her experience as an accountant in the financial sector, handling reporting. The only tools available were complex company management systems, often too closed and rigid for the real complexity of certain processes. That’s where the idea of creating something together came from: not yet another management software, but something simpler and more direct, designed to cut through complexity instead of adding to it. Because where the big management systems don’t reach, it’s often not for lack of capability, but simply because those tasks are considered too small or too low-profile to deserve attention. That’s where SincraHub’s financial and management planners came from, built for anyone who wants their numbers under control without the complexity of enterprise software.
Our roots: Venezuela
There’s another part of us in this project too: we’re both originally from Venezuela, and we carry a strong bond with our country and with the difficulties that so many people there still live with every day, between limited access and internet censorship. That’s why we also developed a VPN — not simply meant to get around blocks, but to guarantee freedom, security, and a stable connection to those who really need it.
