Industrial maintenance consulting
We work alongside your company to organize, digitalize and measure maintenance — not another software to learn, but concrete support on the ground.
For manufacturing companies and mid-complexity production plants moving from maintenance managed “by memory” to structured, measurable, sustainable processes.

We work with companies that already have active maintenance in place, but need it to become more organized, measurable, and less dependent on a handful of key people:
- Manufacturing companies with production lines and in-house maintenance departments.
- Production plants that need to reduce unplanned downtime and maintenance costs.
- Maintenance service providers looking to structure their offering for their own clients.
- EPCs and integrators running revamping or plant modernization projects with multiple suppliers to coordinate.
How we can help
Maintenance organization & digitalization
We work alongside your team to structure processes that today may only exist in a few people’s heads.
What’s included:
- Structuring preventive and corrective maintenance
- Spare parts and work order management
- Guidance on tools, integrations and best practices
Expected outcome: written, repeatable processes no longer dependent on a single person.
Project control
We bring project discipline to your extraordinary maintenance and revamping work.
What’s included:
- WBS, milestones and deliverables
- Deadline and progress management
- Project reporting and dashboards
Expected outcome: clear visibility on timing, cost and real project status, at all times.
Maintenance KPIs
We turn the data you already collect into indicators useful for deciding, not just for a monthly report.
What’s included:
- Defining MTBF, MTTR, OEE, availability, backlog and other relevant KPIs
- Data collection, modeling and visualization
- Trend analysis and first steps toward predictive approaches
Expected outcome: reliable, up-to-date KPIs actually used to decide where to invest.
Multi-supplier project coordination
For revamping and mid-complexity projects where mechanical, electrical and automation teams need to talk to each other.
What’s included:
- Managing technical interfaces between suppliers and departments
- Data and documentation standardization
- A single coordination point toward the client
Expected outcome: fewer frictions between suppliers, fewer delays caused by missed communication.
Know-how transfer
The goal isn’t to stay indispensable: it’s to leave your team more self-sufficient than when we started.
What’s included:
- Mentoring for maintenance managers
- Targeted training for the team
- Hands-on support during the rollout phase
Expected outcome: an in-house team able to carry the work forward without depending on us.
Who runs your projects
Projects are run directly by someone who has lived maintenance from the operational side, not just as an outside consultant: a background in electronics/electrical engineering and around 25 years across plants and telecommunications, with direct experience as a maintenance manager — central control, periodic safety checks, staff and budget management, revamping projects and machinery improvement.
Mechanical skills were built on the ground, working through real plant issues — the same hands-on approach that gave rise to the industrial maintenance tools already on sale at SincraHub.
Our method
Assessment
An honest snapshot of your current processes, data and tools.
Design
We define processes, KPIs and project structure together, tailored to you.
Implementation
We put the design into practice together with your team, step by step.
Measurement
We check against the agreed KPIs whether the change is actually working.
Handover
We hand the baton to your team, with the know-how and tools to carry on alone.
KPIs we typically monitor
- MTBF — average time between failures, to understand the real reliability of machines and components.
- MTTR — average repair time, to understand where time is lost when something breaks.
- OEE — overall equipment effectiveness, combining availability, performance and quality.
- Availability — how much time machines are actually productive versus planned.
- Maintenance backlog — how many interventions are still pending, and for how long.
- Preventive plan compliance — how many scheduled interventions are actually completed on time.
- Maintenance cost — per machine or department, to understand where the budget is really going.
Note: predictive maintenance is only introduced where the historical data genuinely supports it — we don’t promise results before verifying the right conditions are actually in place.
Frequently asked questions
How long does a typical consulting engagement last?
It depends on the goal: an initial assessment usually takes a few weeks, while a full digitalization process or a multi-supplier coordination project can last several months. Duration is always defined together during the assessment phase, never decided upfront.
Do you work on-site or remotely?
Both, depending on the need: the initial assessment and some implementation phases benefit from being on-site at the plant, while project control, reporting and training can be handled effectively remotely too.
Does our company data stay confidential?
Yes. Any information shared during the engagement (plant data, KPIs, technical documentation) is handled confidentially and, if requested, formalized with a non-disclosure agreement before we start.
Do we need to change the systems we already use?
No, that’s not a requirement. We always start from what you already use — even if it’s just spreadsheets — and evaluate together whether and where new tools actually make sense, without forcing an unnecessary change.
Do you also train our in-house staff?
Yes, know-how transfer is a core part of the method (see service E, “Know-how transfer”): the goal is to leave your team self-sufficient, not dependent on ongoing consulting.
How does the quoting process work?
It starts with a free, no-obligation introductory call to understand the real need. Only after that, if there’s a clear scope of work, do we put together a tailored quote — never a one-size-fits-all package.
Prefer a ready-to-use tool?
If you don’t need a consulting engagement but want to get started right away with the right tools, the Maintenance Pack bundles our 4 Excel planners for KPIs, planning, shifts and inventory.
