What data we collect and why
Purchases and order management
When you purchase a digital product on our website, we collect the data necessary to complete and fulfill the order: name, email address, billing address if requested, and purchase details (product, amount, date). This data is managed through the Easy Digital Downloads plugin and stored on our systems for accounting, tax and customer support purposes.
Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment service provider. We do not collect or store your payment card details on our servers: these are transmitted directly and securely to Stripe. For more information, see the Stripe privacy policy.
Newsletter and marketing communications
If you sign up through the forms on the site (managed via OptinMonster), we collect your email address in order to send you promotional communications, product news and offers, only with your explicit prior consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the unsubscribe link included in every communication, or by writing to us at info@sincrahub.com.
Transactional emails
We use an email delivery service (WP Mail SMTP) to send you communications related to your order (purchase confirmation, receipt, download link). These emails are necessary for the performance of the purchase contract.
Statistics and analytics (Google Analytics)
We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous statistical information about the use of the site (pages visited, traffic source, visit duration), in order to improve the browsing experience. Google Analytics uses its own cookies; you can review how Google handles this data in the Google privacy policy.
Language preference
The site is available in Italian, Spanish and English. To remember your chosen language, a technical cookie (pll_language) is saved with a duration of one year. This cookie does not contain identifying personal data.
Legal basis for processing
We process your data on the basis of: performance of a contract (for the purchase and delivery of digital products), explicit consent (for newsletter and marketing), legitimate interest (for anonymous browsing statistics), and legal obligations (retention of accounting and tax records).
How long we keep your data
Order-related data is kept for the period required by Italian tax and accounting regulations (10 years). Data collected for marketing purposes is kept until consent is withdrawn. Statistical data collected by Google Analytics is kept according to the configured retention settings (26 months by default).
Your rights
As a data subject, you have the right to request at any time: access to your personal data, rectification or erasure of the same, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing. You can exercise these rights by writing to info@sincrahub.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority.
