Here’s how delivery works for the digital products you buy on SincraHub.
How I receive the file
- Right after payment you receive an email with a direct link to download the product.
- Most files are Excel (.xlsx); some products are web apps (.html) that open in your browser.
Link validity
- The download link is valid for 240 hours (10 days) after delivery, with no limit on the number of downloads during that period.
Download issues
- Didn’t receive the email? Check your spam/promotions folder.
- Link expired or not working? Get in touch with your order details and we’ll send a new link right away.
